Therefore, when watching action movies but you happen to be dieting, you should not buy too much snack to be consumed if you do not want to mess your diet.
In addition to action movies, drama genre films with an emotionally draining and tear also potentially make you snack more during the watch. The reason is the same as when we breakup, our emotions will fall apart, and we will try to find an outlet to soothe our feelings. In this case, the usual escape we choose is food.
