This house is located in Singapore. It looks interesting with its minimalist design. Adopting Japan inspiration, Zen, its architectural lines emerge strong and strengthen by its materials. There are two main components, the front, which is used for living room, dining room, and the service area which is in the back. Although the buildings looks similar, but the materials used for them are different. The public area used granite and the service area used fare faced concrete.
The zen design appears in first story layout, all rooms are united in one capacious union. A pool separated the public and service area. This emptiness is the center of visualization and spacial and also as a medium the air circulation.
In the roof, there are an open terrace and deck which make indoor and outdoor area look fused. With natural tones and green plants, we could get minimalist and fresh appearance.
