Vegetables That Make Men Stronger

It is very important for men to consume the nutritious food. The quality of sperm depends on this factor. A good sperm, pretty much and vivacious, is able to inseminate ovum. Sperm should stay longer to inseminate ovum, so they have to be strong.
High proteins and nutritious food are very recommended to consume. Some of the recommended died is folic acid. Folic acid is a kind of Vitamin B that is the key to prevent brain and spine defects. Men with low folic acid is susceptible having children with disabilities.



So if you plan to have a baby, you should avoid junk food and consume vegetables much more.
Here are the vegetables list which could make your sperm better:

1. Vegetables with high Folic Acid

Bad sperm is related with low folic acid. Consuming Folic acid will make your sperm better. Some vegetables which contain high folic acid are spinach, mustard, turnip.

2. Broccoli

Broccoli is the best source of Folic acid and Vitamin B. Add this vegetables to your salad to increase the probability of your wife's pregnancy.

3. Vegetables That Contain Vitamin C

Some antioxidants like vitamin C are proven improving the quality of sperm. The green vegetables like kale, green cabbage are rich of vitamin C.

4. Lycopene

Lycopene comes from plants. It is usually existed in red fruit like tomato, watermelon, asparagus, and other fruits.

4. Vitamin D
Vitamin D contribute on human fertility. Green vegetables and sun rays are the source of Vitamin D.
