So what will happen photo data and video on Google+? Take it easy, by logging in using the same account in Google Photos, automatically all the data is immediately switched and stored on Google Photos so you do not need to move it manually.
Interestingly, Google Photos also possible to store data from other cloud services such as onedrive, Dropbox.
Here are the steps:
Moving from onedrive
If previously put together a collection of photos and videos to onedrive, you can move them to Google Photos service to more easily organize all the existing collection. This method must be done via a desktop computer, here's how:- Make sure the onedrive application has been installed, if not, you could download it through a link https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/download/.
- Once installed, log in using a Microsoft account. During the process, select Sync only this folder and check the Pictures folder, click Next.
- Wait until the synchronization process finished and the entire photo or video in the onedrive moved to a folder on your computer.
- Install applications through the Google Photos Backup https://photos.google.com/apps link. Select Desktop Uploader and install the application.
- After logging in using your Google account, go to settings, at the bottom, press Add (Add) and navigate to the folder on the computer onedrive. Press OK to close the window.
- Tick only the last onedrive folder, and then click Start Backup. In the Photo Size, choose High Quality, and click Start Backup. Wait until the process is complete.

Moving from Dropbox
For Dropbox users, here are the steps:- First download and install the Dropbox application on your computer by opening the link https://www.dropbox.com/downloading?os=win.
- Run the Dropbox app and login using your account.
- Select synchronization and Dropbox folder will be stored on the computer.
- Run Google Photos Backup application that has previously been installed and log in.
- Go to the settings, press Add (Add) and navigate to the Dropbox folder on the computer.
- Tick only the Dropbox folder, then click Start Backup. In the Photo Size, choose High Quality, and click Start Backup. Wait until the process is complete.
