High, bad Cholesterol is the
source of disease. To avoid the
high cholesterol, you can manage your
diet and nutrition. Some meals can naturally
reduce your cholesterol.
Some meals those could reduce your cholesterol are :
1. Green Tea
Green Tea has some chemical substances those encourage fat burning. Replace your coffee with green tea every morning. However, do not consume green tea after meal in order to not disturb the protein absorption. Consume green tea two hours after or before meal.
2. Omega-3
Omega-3 has proven to
reduce your cholesterol significantly. Besides it, Omega-3 also
prevent the blood coagulation as a result of buildup of cholesterol. We can get omega-3 from fish (salmon and tuna) and nuts (almond).
3. Fresh Lemon
Fresh lemon contains a compound that could
reduce the cholesterol, like antioxidant and chemical compound that called
limonoids.
4. Source of Fiber
Fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables could
reduce your cholesterol, digestion, and supply the nutrition that could
decrease the risk of cancer, hypertension, coronary heart disease.
5. Cinnamon
Cinnamon could
reduce your high cholesterol. But you should not consume it too much. A half teaspoon of cinnamon each day is enough. Sow them on the bread or your porridge.
